The Agile Business Analysis course provides an overview of agile and the role of a business analyst in an agile project using agile techniques. The course covers the various elicitation techniques used by Business Analysts when eliciting and managing requirements with an agile mindset. Our courses are a blend of theoretical content with the real-life experience of a business analyst practitioner. Throughout the course you will learn about the role of a business analyst and the key agile skills/techniques using a combination of instructor lead presentations and practical workshop activities.
