Dr. Tracy Stanley will explore the challenge of driving change in an organisation, and how we help impacted managers and staff to cope with/embrace change. Presenting research from her book ‘Change Stories’, we’ll explore the areas of:

• What change management is. (It’s important to revisit definitions);
• Why change gets derailed and what are the early warning signs;
• Keys to success in managing change; and
• Characteristics of the best change managers.
